Various precautionary methods have been applied in order to protect the security and the integrity of the RetroForex platform and client information, including but not limited to:
  • Firewall protection to restrict outside access.

  • Password authentication. You are given a unique password and login ID that must be entered each time you wish to access your account.

  • Encryption of all critical communication between our servers and your computer. Our servers use the latest secure technology to put your information into code that can only be seen by you and your Internet browser. Encryption is essential. This process makes it difficult, if not impossible, for an outsider to crack into the information database and gain access to sensitive information. Integrated is a 256 bit SSL encryption system which is the same kind that is used by most banks, credit card companies, and online sites that accept credit card payments.

  • All credit card details are submitted directly to the Visa/Mastercard network and are encrypted. We do not store any credit card numbers.

  • We restrict access to private information so only officers and/or employees who have a need to know have access to it.
